CombiMatrix has been incorporated as a Delaware corporation since 2002. Prior to this, we were incorporated as a California corporation and were originally located in southern California. We relocated to Washington State in 2001. On April 19, 2010, we announced a corporate restructuring whereby we are discontinuing our Mukilteo operations and relocating our corporate headquarters to Irvine, California. The restructuring and relocation were completed in August 2010.

Our corporate headquarters and our diagnostics laboratory are located in the same facilities in Irvine, California.

Yes. Our common stock trades on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol, "CBMX".

Our common stock began trading on August 15, 2007, and the closing price on this date was $5.50. Prior to this, we were a wholly owned subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation.
