CombiMatrix has been incorporated as a Delaware corporation since 2002. Prior to this, we were incorporated as a California corporation and were originally located in southern California. We relocated to Washington State in 2001.

Our corporate headquarters and laboratory facilities are located in Mukilteo, Washington. Our diagnostics subsidiary, CombiMatrix Molecular Diagnostics, Inc., is located in Irvine, California.
